Delivery Information

You can easily pick up at one of the workplaces of our salon during work hours.

ATTENTION:

We process orders received before 15:00 on the same business day.

Orders received after 15:00 are processed the next business day.

We only ship orders on work days.

Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

If you are unable to pick up the parcel in person, you can pick it up via Zasilkovna.cz.

As soon as you do an order, our managers will process it and transfer the parcel to the transport company Zásilkovna.cz. We usually deliver parcels within 1-2 work days after the parcel has been sent from our warehouse.

Upon delivery, payment in cash or by card is possible at some points of issue.

Please note that if you choose to deliver the goods via AlzaBox or Z-box, you must pay directly on the spot with a card (if you have not already paid in advance in the online store). Another option is to use the Zásilkovna mobile app.

Attention! Therefore, you cannot pay in cash.
